At PlaineCo, all orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our purchase and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
Order Commitment
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and binding.
By completing your purchase, you agree to our processing timelines and policies.
Cancellations
Plaine Raw (Hair Orders)
All Plaine Raw orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.
This includes:
- Preorders
- Bundle sets
- Custom or made-to-order items
Because each order is prepared specifically for you, cancellations are not permitted.
Plaine Coture (Athleisure Orders)
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After this window, orders cannot be canceled.
Preorders & Made-To-Order Items
All Plaine Raw products are considered made-to-order.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge:
- Processing and shipping times may be extended
- Orders are reserved specifically for you
- These orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable
Deposits (If Offered)
If you choose to reserve your order using a deposit:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Remaining balances must be paid before shipment
- Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation without refund of deposit
Order Changes
We are unable to guarantee changes to:
- Length
- Texture
- Shipping address
once an order has been placed.
Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.
Fraud Protection
PlaineCo reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorized payment
- Suspicious billing/shipping discrepancies

By placing an order with PlaineCo, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy
