At PlaineCo, every order is prepared with care and intention. Please review our shipping details below.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within:

2–4 business days

(Excluding weekends and holidays)

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Timeframes

PLAINE RAW (Hair) – Founder Drop / Preorder

Our raw hair is curated and prepared per order.

Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days


PLAINE COTURE (Athleisure)

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

(Optional — you can add later:)

  • Free shipping on orders over $150

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

PlaineCo is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, PlaineCo is not responsible for carrier delays.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We will assist where possible


Marked as Delivered

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • File a claim with the shipping provider

PlaineCo is not responsible for stolen packages.


Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within:

48 hours of delivery

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item

Important Notes

All Plaine Raw orders are made-to-order and may require additional processing time during high-demand periods.

 

Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.
