All hair products are inspected before shipment to ensure quality

All Plaine Raw purchases are final sale.

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds

This applies to:

  • Bundles
  • Closures / frontals 
  • Wigs

If you receive the wrong item or a verified defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

PLAINE COTURE  – Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn athleisure items within:

7 days of delivery

To be eligible:

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size
  • Color

Non-Returnable Items

  • Plaine Raw hair products
  • Final sale items
  • Worn or damaged items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
